5 Hand-Processed Cyanotype Prints + Text

Where the Trees Stood in Water is site-specific installation of 5 blueprints responding to the history of Toronto’s Entertainment district. The project traces the changes that have occurred in this specific neighbourhood since colonial rule. Each blueprint is accompanied by a historical document pertaining to a character from that time period in order to playfully examine the processes of colonization, industrialization and the shifts of transient bodies affected by it.
